What happened with the Uefa agreement?
June 30, 2026, was the deadline for AS Roma to close the settlement agreement with Uefa. The club was supposed to register around 60 million euros in capital gains, which did not happen.
What does AS Roma risk?
At this point, Uefa's “punishment” is expected. A fine (over 10 million euros) is already planned by the Friedkin. In addition to the financial penalty, the limitation of the squad for European competitions in the 2027/2028 season and the ban on inserting new players into the list are possible.
The Friedkin plan
