Younes El Aynaoui said that Neil has always had a great passion for football and started playing at 10-11 years old. He also said that Neil has always had a strong character and knows what he wants. Neil's father also talked about his experience as a coach and how he helped his son grow as a footballer. Neil El Aynaoui was tested in the youth sector of AS Nancy and then passed to RC Lens and finally to AS Roma in July 2025. Younes El Aynaoui is proud of his son and hopes he will shine in the future.
