AS Roma and Milan are competing for the future of 19-year-old winger Alessio Cacciamani of Torino. Roma submitted a €15m offer with a sell-on clause, but president Urbano Cairo rejected the previous €12m bid plus 10% of future resale. The player, on loan at Juve Stabia with 37 appearances and two assists, seeks regular first-team football after the arrival of Niccolò Fortini. Milan, however, offered Alphadjo Cissè as a trade to strengthen their proposal. Cacciamani, called up to Italy Under-19, aims to secure a starting role to avoid sitting out matches.
